Since 1998, Freeman Mediation Services has facilitated court referred and private mediations for individuals and corporate clients. While we have mediated a multitude of dispute issues, our primary areas of focus are business issues and divorce or family issues. We have assisted clients in building healthy and productive relationships in their personal, family, and professional arenas of life. We provide mediation, reconciliation, arbitration, and consulting services to our valued clients.
We assist our corporate and ministry clients to reduce the cost of conflict in the workplace by establishing a culture of cooperation in their organizations. We offer training, coaching, and mediation services as appropriate.
Having served as Vice President of two large corporations and having founded two small businesses during his 35 year business career, Bill Freeman brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to serve our corporate clients. In addition, as a Registered Mediator, a Registered Arbitrator, and a Certified Christian Conciliator, he has special insights and expertise in the area of conflict resolution and in transforming conflicts into opportunities for individual growth and increased organizational effectiveness. Bill is also a Certified Trainer of Managing Workplace Conflict having been trained by Mediation Training Institute International.
Services Include:
- Provide mediation services for court ordered or private mediations
- Provide arbitration services for court ordered or private mediations
- Provide business mediation services to resolve complex disputes between employees as well as disputes between the corporation and employees, customers, or vendors.
- Provide assessment tools to determine the current cost of conflict in an organization.
- Develop a comprehensive plan to resolve conflicts effectively and create a climate of cooperation within an organization.
- Provide individual conflict coaching as required.
